What information do you need to find today?

After being harvested, coffee is gathered at processing centers. This is where the coffee is cleaned, sorted, peeled and fermented. We use separate processing and fermentation methods for each type of coffee. The most common methods are natural processing and honey processing.

Every Half also experiments and uses new types of yeast such as Koji and researches methods of producing pre-processed yeast.

Green coffee beans are brought to Every Half's Roasting Workshop. Here we choose light and medium roast profiles to preserve the natural flavor of Vietnamese coffee.

Roasting profiles are strictly controlled by computers and people to ensure time, temperature, and humidity are most balanced according to heat charts.

Customers coming to Every Half Coffee Roasters 6E Tu Xuong can visit and participate in daily roasting activities.

We have been to the best coffee raw material regions in Vietnam including Dien Bien, Pleiku, Lam Dong, Dak Lak, Buon Me Thuot. Each land, each coffee variety, each farmer holds its own story.

Every Half also accompanies cooperatives to build nurseries for new sustainable and climate change-resistant coffee varieties such as Starmaya, Liberica

It's difficult to define what is "the best" cup of coffee. Each type of coffee has its own personality, origin and identity. Hopefully at Every Half, you can find your "Coffee Soulmate".

ROASTED COFFEE BAG
